Posted by ambimb at April 20, 2006 09:38 AMYep, Dupont Circle wasn't always so hoity toity and Royal Palace operates under a grandfather clause. I have had a couple friends who worked there and they tend more towards alterna-chick and ethnic women as opposed to the bleached-blond/implants type found down on M Street.
