Having set up the aggregator, I don't quite know what the music industry is likely to do.
I think what's interesting about the MP3 blogs phenomenon is that they are, more than anything, a very powerful promotional tool. And, also a lot of what is being linked to is actually up there legally (ie from official band sites).
Hopefully, they'll be allowed to stay up there - as a brilliant living guide to some of the more exciting music you can find these days.

I discovered a few of them a couple of months ago and just didn't really want to say anything to anyone because I didn't want to attract unnecessary attention to them. Looks like the cat's out of the bag now, so we'll see what happens. Best of luck to you. Have you retained legal counsel? ;-)
