National Mall
You can't visit D.C. without spending at least a day on the National Mall visiting all the monuments. Or, avoid the sunburn and all the walking and take a quick virtual tour here.

Completely off topic, but I just had an horrific experience. As I sat and clicked through the channels what did I see? Modest Mouse's latest on emptyvee. I guess this is the peril of being on a major label. But the last thing I want to see when I go see them live is a bunch of emptyvee watching, Britney listening teenyboppers.
Okay, that was my rant of the day.
