Running & Fundraising: T-Shirts All Around!
Things I've learned by this point in my marathon training:
- Hydration is a process, not an event.
- Bodyglide is no longer optional. Ouch.
- Great running/workout song: Skydive by Nuspirit Helsinki.
- Getting out the door in the morning is the hard part; once you've run for about two minutes you're always glad you're doing it.

Yes, Bodyglide. Not to be confused with Astroglide. (Keep your mind out of the gutter!) Sometimes nature needs a little help, you know?

Well, after perusing the site (thanks for the info by the way) I just want to remind you to get that glide on yer nipples. Nothing like that burn at mile twenty two, he says from long experience. Yeah...I'm a fat lazy slob. But you and yer semi-soft balms,...you go boy!
