#14: Lawyers, Liars, and Lovers of Life
In this 14th "episode" of Ambivalent Voices (http://mowabb.com/ai/voices/) you'll hear: More kudos to the Legal Underground Podcast (from which I've borrowed many tips and techniques and put them to use in this podcast), when lawyers are neither lawyers nor attorneys, the Politics Minit w/Yubbledew™, upcoming interviews on Ambivalent Voices, and two new and different podcasts for you to check out.
One: When is a lawyer neither a lawyer nor an attorney? A prosecutor tells us all about it.
Two: The Politics Minit with Yubbledew™—Comments on the president's recent interview with Israeli Telvision 1 in which he said he would consider attacking Iran to stop its nuclear development. See also: Every Mother's Son.
Three: Upcoming interviews—I'm lining them up. If you'd like to be on the show, let me know in the comments or via email to ai-at-mowabb-dot-com.
Four: Two podcasts for you to check out: BicycleMark's Radiocommunique and the Radio MacGuys podcast and website.
Five: Thanks to music.podshow.com for all the great podsafe music in this podcast. Specifically, this podcast features:
Back to the Basic by Madsumo
Sunshine, by Groove Generator
Gloria, by Fumitaka Anzai
Wo es hin geht kann man springen, by JT
Kyrie Eleison, by Fumitaka Anzai
Luna Clipper's Them, also by Fumitaka Anzai.
Song for the Road: Operation Iraqi Liberation, by David Rovics.
UPDATE: A listener suggested it was just an "urban myth" that the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003 was originally called "Operation Iraqi Liberation." I always thought it was true b/c Ari Fleischer said so (search for the phrase on that page). [link via Wikipedia]
