Clive Cussler speaking at the festival. We just watched his opening remarks and they were great. You could tell he'd done this before. He told several stories of his younger days when he had just written a few books that weren't huge sellers. He'd see people reading them and ask them if they wanted his autograph and they'd think he was crazy b/c they didn't believe he was really the author. It's kind of funny, but I'm sure I'd be the same way if I was reading a book somewhere and some random person walked up and said they had written it.

Cussler's talk was so packed it was hard to hear so we decided to move on before he finished.
