The luxury hotels along Pennsylvania Avenue next door to the White House have topped their upper decks with tents from which VIPs and the filthy rich will watch the inaugural parade. Note also the "Support the Troops" magnet ribbon on the back deck of the beemer convertible at bottom center. (Just for historical interest.)
