promised, I made this from Route 79's recipe. it was pretty good, and a whole lot of food—we ate it throughout last week. I think next time I might add more potatoes, or perhaps garbanzos. But I think ultimately I'll keep looking for a better aloo mutter recipe, one that more closely matches the way this dish is made at my favorite Indian restaurants. Don't get me wrong; this was very yummy! I'd just like to try another recipe or two to see if I can find whatever the ingredient is that makes this dish my favorite.
