A bunch of people just threw away their bags because they couldn't pass the checkpoint with them. I hope most of them were able to collect them as the exited, otherwise, what a waste.
That's all. I got tired and went home. Check D.C. Indymedia for more (although their site was refusing connections all afternoon on the 20th).
